Lady Karame wanted this loser to lick and smell her dirty feet and that is what he did. When lady Karame wants something, she has to get it. Lady Karame likes to know all aspects of her slaves' lives. And that is why she chose to whip him to find out what his pain threshold was. She whipped his bare ass and she also whipped his nuts so as to see how well he was able to handle pain. After a few whips, she could tell that he was not good at handling pain so she stopped whipping him.
Lady Karame's slave had messed up but he had begged her for mercy and she agreed to forgive him. But he had to do something for her since she was not going to torture him as she had planned. She made him lick her boots clean. They were muddy but he did not have a choice except to lick them as lady Karame had demanded of her. When he was done, she let him go.
When lady Karame realized that this guy had sabotaged her and she conducted her investigations and found out it was true. She had to punish him for it so she took him to the stripped him naked and she tied him up before she whipped his behind as well as his balls. She did not spare his dick either. It taught him never to do that as she was not going to tolerate sabotage again.
Lady Karame did not want to go easy on this guy. She wanted to make sure that he changed his ways. So she chose a painful way to punish him. The mistress undressed him and she whipped his naked butt. The mistress did this to make sure that he learned his lesson and that he would never mess with her again. He cried out in pain and begged her for mercy before she let him go.

The angry and disappointed mistress wanted to humiliate him so as to make him learn to be flexible otherwise she would always be torturing him until he learned as she did not want to chase him away.
Lady Karame asked this loser to do her a favor but he did not. She was desperate for it but it was not forthcoming. She tried her best to get it from elsewhere and she forgot about it. A few days later, the same guy looked for her and he wanted her to do him a favor. Instead of the favor, she dominated him by turning him into a foot slave.
